Reminder Cadence
How often reminders go out, and how many per stage, globally.
Restart a fully-escalated task's cycle after this much total silence. 0 = never.
Send a one-time "Checking with [Name]" in the group 10 mins after assignment (strictly within working hours).
Working Hours (IST)
Reminders only send inside this window; outside it they're held until it reopens.
The bot will pause on these dates.
Escalation Contacts
Digits only, with country code — no + or spaces.
Bare tag creates a task
When on, a plain "@name" with no other text still creates a "please reply" task. When off, it needs an intent keyword.
A tag with extra text only becomes a task if the text contains one of these (comma-separated).
Message Templates
Edit exactly what gets sent. Placeholders:
{assignee}
{assigner}
{who}
{task}
{link}
{disclosure}.
Per-Group Overrides
Customize timing, escalation contacts, or assignee wording for a single WhatsApp group.
Included in direct reminder messages so assignees can jump straight into this group chat.
🔗 Revive / Sync Inactive WhatsApp Group
If an old WhatsApp group was revived and the bot hasn't detected it yet, paste its group invite link here to instantly pull down its metadata and activate tag tracking:
Coordinators
People allowed to use in-chat commands (e.g. typing "resolved @name" in a group to close a task without the dashboard). Added/removed instantly, below.
